Barrier Reef Pools South West is a very proud family run business run and managed by Roger Ducharme and Jackie Vincent.  The business was established in October 2006 and we were the very first Barrier Reef Pools agent in WA (based in the South West).  We  have been installing Barrier Reef and more recently Factory Pools for approximately 16 years now.

We were looking for a pool when we moved from Perth to the beautiful South West in 2006 and decided to look further as the choices down here at this time were minimal.  This is when we came across the Queensland Barrier Reef Pools website and made inquiries, and from this, a new business venture transpired for us. We were contacted and asked if we would like to be an agent for Barrier Reef in WA as they were just planning on moving into this state and although we certainly did not expect this call, we decided after visiting the Queensland operation that this would be a good opportunity.  We have a very small team so that we are at every job and can ensure quality control is never compromised.  We install every pool as if it were our own.  We listen to the client and we also explain the process, we do what we say and say what we do!  

Roger is a registered plumber and meticulous about levels and the whole pool installation process.  You do get what you pay for with Barrier Reef Pools South West and when all is said and done, you are still an important customer who we continue to have a relationship with and help in any way we can.  We service the entire South West, from Harvey to Margaret River and as far east as required.  No job is too small or too far.
