10.5m x 4.4 Majestic Swimming Pool

This dream pool became a reality for one Bedford family, as part of an impressive transformation of the client’s large outdoor space.

Now a tranquil retreat reminiscent of a private Bali villa, the pool is the result of the Barrier Reef Pools team working closely with the client’s landscape plan.

The soothing sound of the stone-clad water feature can be enjoyed from the alfresco area at one end and the resort-style gazebo at the other. However, there’s more to this feature than meets the eye. The clever design adds another level of texture to the area and also doubles as a pump house and storage space for pool toys and equipment, ensuring a tidy and clutter-free space while entertaining.

The client’s choice of Royal Blue sees the entire pool come to life in the evenings with twin LED lights that create a glowing effect.

Exposed aggregate to the greater surrounds of the pool contrasts beautifully with the dramatic border of rebated face Bluestone, which ties in nicely with the stone-clad water feature.

With a pool design like this, swimming is never limited to the summer months. Complete with a large Astral BPA800 heat pump and in-ground roller blanket, it is treated as a year-round feature of the home.

An Astral EQ chlorinator and Viron energy-efficient pump take care of the water quality and circulation, leaving the client with more time to sit back, relax and enjoy.

Understanding that the pool is just one piece of the puzzle, the client completed the look with seamless glass fencing for uninterrupted views of the space, and a limestone garden bed planted with tropical Frangipanis.

One of the most popular pools in the Barrier Reef Pools fleet due to its sleek lines, wide step entry and add-on features, the Majestic pool is available in eight different colours.

The Majestic is also available in four length sizes (with a width of 4.4m) in addition to four sizes in a Slimline range (with a width of 3.5m). All come with a child safety ledge built in to the fiberglass mould that runs around the entire perimeter of the pool.
